About Isaac
Isaac Ismael Cortijo is a Jewish Puerto Rican-American composer, conductor and pianist born and based in Brooklyn, New York. His music has been recognized for its nuance and sensitivity and has been performed across North America. As a conductor, Isaac has worked and performed with orchestras in Europe, the United States and Canada, most recently Orchestre Metropolitan and the Athens Philharmonia Orchestra. Isaac aims to bring people together, bridge gaps, and create opportunities for people to thrive through and within music.
